The 3rd annual Debt Review Awards gala was held in June to recognise outstanding achievements in the debt counselling industry in 2015.

It came as no surprise that Consumer Debt Help, a subsidiary of Intelligent Debt Management (IDM Group), scooped one of the most anticipated awards of the evening, winning the Best Large Debt Counselling Company award. This has become somewhat of a formality at the gala awards, with Consumer Debt Help grabbing top honours at the Debt Review Awards since the inaugural event in 2014.

Consumer Debt Help’s specialised debt-counselling services are sponsored by Hollard and tailor-made to help South Africans facing financial difficulties and debt pressure to become debt-free and service their loans.

IDM Group chief executive officer Ian Wason dedicated the award to the IDM staff, calling it a testimony to the incredible work they’d done over the past year. “It’s always difficult as the market leader because you constantly need to compete with yourself and keep improving on your previous performances,” Wason explained.

Congratulations to Consumer Debt Help and the IDM Group on their achievement!
